We are pleased to announce a new Partner and the appointment of a Counsel
It is with great pleasure that we announce that Katja Schramm has been elected partner as of January 1, 2021. Katja, who completed her legal training at Bucerius Law School and at the professorship of Prof. Michael Fehling in Hamburg and Prof. Christian Waldhoff in Bonn, has been an attorney since 2013 and a Master of Laws in Environmental and Regulatory Law (LL.M, Nottingham) since 2017. Her professional focus is on environmental and planning law with a particular focus on the energy industry. She will primarily strengthen the Düsseldorf office of our firm after her return from parental leave. We are extremely pleased to have a partner like Katja in our ranks.
We are also very pleased to announce the appointment of Sebastian Lutz-Bachmann as Counsel as of January 1, 2021. Sebastian, who studied at the Universities of Passau and Bonn and worked, inter alia, at the professorship of Prof. Udo Di Fabio, has been a lawyer since 2014 and has also been a Master of Laws of Nottingham Law School since 2017. He primarily advises on administrative and constitutional law as well as environmental law with a focus on renewable energies. We are very pleased that Sebastian is now working for us as Counsel.
Congratulations to both of them!
