pswp Appoints Nils Schlenkhoff as Counsel
We are delighted to announce that, effective July 1, 2026, Nils Schlenkhoff has been appointed Counsel.
With his expertise in politically sensitive and strategically significant regulatory matters, he advises companies on navigating critical crises and bringing innovative new products to market.
His practice focuses on Infrastructure, Energy, and Automotive. In these areas, he advises leading OEMs on all aspects of vehicle regulatory law, with particular emphasis on automation and emissions legislation. During a several-month secondment in Ingolstadt, he further strengthened his practical experience by working with the regulatory team at AUDI AG.
His appointment as Counsel reflects our high regard for both his professional achievements and his personal qualities.
