A warm welcome, Katharina, to the pswp team!

Since November, Katharina Haen has been supporting pswp’s Berlin environmental team. She advises companies as well as the public sector on matters of German and European environmental, planning and constitutional law. In doing so, she assists our clients in administrative and court proceedings. She is currently involved in defending against climate lawsuits brought against a globally active automotive company and in advising a mining company regarding extensive flooding and safety measures.
