We are delighted to welcome Fiona and Ann-Kristin as new Associates!

Two new associates in public business law: Fiona Maria Dick, LL.M., and Ann-Kristin Wagner. Welcome message with the headline ‘Even more expertise in public business law’ on a blue background with a yellow arrow motif.

Fiona Maria Dick has been strengthening our environmental and planning law team in Düsseldorf since August. She advises companies on business-related environmental law, particularly in nuclear and emissions control law as well as in nature conservation matters related to facility permits, and assists with complex approval procedures. Another focus of her work lies in advising renewable energy companies on public-law operator obligations — especially with regard to current legislative initiatives.

Ann-Kristin Wagner joined our Berlin environmental team in September. She was involved in successfully defending several preliminary injunction proceedings brought by an NGO against a major mining company concerning its restructuring and securing reclamation costs worth billions. She also advises chemical companies on PFAS-related matters and a major company in the chemical food production sector on approval issues.

A warm welcome to our pswp team!
