Martha Wendt advises national and international clients in administrative proceedings and court disputes. She advises on public law and regulatory issues. Her practice focuses on regulatory issues in the automotive industry, in particular on future topics such as electromobility and in the transport sector. Martha Wendt works in our Berlin office. She speaks German, English and French.
Background
Martha Wendt studied law at the Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn and Sciences Po Paris. During her studies, she worked at the chair of Prof Herdegen at the Institute for Public Law and International Law. Following her first state examination, she completed an LL.M. programme at the University of Cambridge, specialising in international law. During her legal clerkship in Potsdam, Berlin and Nairobi, she worked for the Federal Ministry for the Environment in the field of sustainable corporate governance and for an international commercial law firm in foreign trade law. Martha Wendt was admitted to the bar in 2024.
