Covestro successfully represented by PSWP for CO pipeline

Perseverance pays off: After almost two decades of legal disputes, legal certainty has now also been established in the last two pending court proceedings for Covestro's pipeline system between Cologne-Worringen and Krefeld-Uerdingen. The OVG Münster has now rejected two applications for leave to appeal in connection with the planning approval decision of 12 February 2007 and the related planning amendment decisions. This means that the authorisation decision is now final. Our team led by Prof. Dr Herbert Posser and Dr. Jakob Zywitz has successfully represented Covestro AG and its legal predecessors in more than 25 individual lawsuits for this project, both in main proceedings and in summary proceedings, and has handled proceedings before the Düsseldorf Administrative Court, the Münster Higher Administrative Court, the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Constitutional Court. We would like to thank the Covestro team for their close and excellent cooperation!
