Dr Lisa-Karen Mannefeld appointed as Counsel
Liska has been part of our team since the founding of pswp, advising across locations on strategically important environmental and regulatory law matters.
She has been with pswp from the very start – her first day as a lawyer was also our first day as the pswp team, on 2 May 2018. From day one, Liska has demonstrated outstanding commitment to our firm. Her appointment reflects our deep appreciation for her and her contributions.
She advises companies on the implementation of complex major infrastructure projects. This includes supporting the operator of the Datteln IV Power Station in navigating the challenges posed by planning and permitting. Liska also has specialised knowledge of nuclear law and plays a key role in advising on the decommissioning and dismantling of nuclear power plants, as well as the interim storage, final disposal and transportation of radioactive waste.
Liska specialises, too, in vehicle regulatory law, advising companies in the automotive sector on administrative and judicial proceedings. She has in-depth expertise in type approval and vehicle registration.
In addition, she has been advising our clients for years on freedom of information and environmental information law, supporting them throughout the entire process as applicants or affected third parties.
Congratulations, Liska!
