Dr Justus Quecke has been part of our Berlin office since 2018. He puts his expertise in politically sensitive and strategically important issues in environmental and regulatory law to use in advising companies on defending against climate lawsuits, complying with European and international ESG standards and managing climate regulations related to their operations, including decarbonisation efforts. His practice also involves supporting large-scale environmental projects, especially in the area of post-mining land reclamation, and representing clients in legal proceedings over environmental liability. In addition, Justus guides public sector clients in developing and structuring innovative funding programmes.
