pswp keeps on growing!
This year our numbers were strengthened by four new Associates:
Dr Jannis Vogt contributes to the firm’s regulatory practice. In particular, he advises clients in the financial sector on the EU-wide banking levy and is involved in key cases for the automotive industry, including proceedings before the OVG (High Court) Schleswig over the future of the diesel engine. He also addresses legal issues surrounding artificial intelligence.
Martha Wendt LL.M. has also contributed to our strengths in the regulatory sector since April. Her expertise lies in AI regulation. Another core area of her work is advising on transport and mobility matters. She represents airports in disputes over fee regulation and provides counsel to automobile manufacturers on vehicle regulatory law.
Julia Sophie Dieball has been a member of our environmental law team since May. She advises a chemical company on public law obligations as part of a planned restructuring and supports a DAX-listed company in assessing ESG risks across key global markets. In addition, she has been counselling in a transaction for a major international logistics company.
Dr. Philipp Overkamp joined our environmental law team in June. His current focus includes advising and representing companies in climate litigation cases, as well as supporting a mining company in negotiations with federal states on securing financial provisions for the rehabilitation of open-cast mines.
We’re happy to have you on board!
