Charlotte represents our clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes. She advises private companies and public authorities on all regulatory and public law-related questions on a national, European and international level. Charlotte focuses on the regulatory aspects of the automotive industry. She speaks German, English, Spanish and Italian.

Background

Charlotte studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and Padova in Italy. After her studies she worked as a research assistant at the University of Heidelberg, wrote her doctoral dissertation on Conflicts of Law, and spent time as a Visiting Researcher at UC Berkeley and at the University of Cambridge. Charlotte completed her professional legal training in Berlin, working inter alia at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and the Federal Constitutional Court.
