Nele Lucht’s advisory practice covers the key areas of public commercial law. She advises the private and public sector on all public law and regulatory issues and represents the interests of her clients in contentious proceedings before public authorities, civil and administrative courts. The focus of her work is on regulatory future issues of the automotive industry as well as drinking water supply and network regulation. Another focus of her advisory work lies in the aviation sector, in particular in charge regulation, where she advises and represents her clients in fundamental court proceedings of industry-wide significance.
Background
Nele Lucht studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin, focusing on Administrative and European law with references to Constitutional and Environmental planning law.
During her studies, she completed the Humboldt Consumer Law Clinic.
She then worked as a research assistant at Hengeler Mueller in the field of Public Commercial law. She completed her professional legal training in Berlin, working inter alia at the Berlin Higher Regional Court.
